Comment to Messenger stuck on connecting screen

Hey Jake, the jot server is not throwing any errors but is there somewhere we could check for error logs on the messenger module side?

Hello!
You may check console of the browser on Messenger's page, there are should be error messsages.
Also in Jot Server side you can find log.log file in Jot Server's root folder, it should contains errors if they were.

My issue was fixed by reinstalling Jot Server. @Expertzkris did the clean install for me.
Would recommend a reinstall if youβre not finding a solution through browser console error logs or the log.log file in the root file in Jot Server.
