Adding and changing fields for Profiles Information Comment

I would like to change "Full Name" field to a "First Name" field and a "Last Name" field. I tried to follow this thread, which seems to be relevant, but doesn't give the answer. Does anyone know how to do specifically what I am trying to do? Thanks!!

  You may add the "Last Name" field according to mentioned manuals and rename "Full Name" into "First Name" via the Studio->Polyglot->Persons area.
