The DB error has been fixed for 13 B2. About Empty list - plz specify on what page you see that? About Video errors - we're working with it under other threads.

  Here on UNA.io, when I created the discussion above, tagged you and Alex T, and then pasted the errors this is what I saw above the Submit button.
