Thanks @LeonidS My answer in the previous forum was about the max size of video you can upload and that is not the issue here. Here I can upload the file (size issue addressed) but it fails to convert. I made sure that the server has enough capablities (2 CPUs, 4 GB Ram, 512 K...etc) but still not converting.

Any more suggestion on how to fix?
