Possible, there is a JS error on this page, which prevents the proper running of other JS code there. You need to open the browser developer console (F12 in Chrome) and check what is wrong there.
I dont use Chrome ^^ i use only Firefox, IE, and Opera
For Firefox you need to right-click on the screen and choose the option "Inspect (Q)", then in the appeared bottom panel select the "Console" tab.
