If you have the enabled timeline option "Auto approve an update after creation" then you may activate the records there via the page [UNA URL]timeline-manage.

  What about the ones that are done before that change? How do I approve them?

  In the admin's Dashboard page you may find the separate Timeline moderation block like in the attached picture.
