Actually zoom functionality is controlled by the following tag:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0" />

You can try to insert another one in Studio > Design > Injections, it maybe second one will have more precedence over first one:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1" />
