I consulted the hosting (TMD) and they asked me for the steps to reproduce the problem.
So far I couldn't reproduce it again.
Anyway, scrolling through the page and looking at the console, you can see a lot of errors and warnings, which I imagine could be the cause of the problem.
Even scrolling through the una.io page you can see similar errors and warnings.
In particular, what worries me the most is that the page hang when clicking on the link to view the followers of a channel (attached screenshot). After a few minutes, it works again.

Hello @LeonidS I honestly don't know what to do. I cleaned cache as the hosting team told me, but there were no changes. I even deconfigured OneSignal just in case and nothing.

As far as see problem on your site has been solved, now avatars of the followers and on any other page are transcoding properly and there are no problems with loading. About js errors/warnings: they are not connected with page of the loading and doesn't influence on js code of the page.

Even though I honestly didn't do anything, the page now doesn't hang.
Some pages take a long time to load, this one for example: https://tnoa.com.ar/page/view-organization-profile?id=21 Some images do not load and many errors appear.
