Comment 'Hi,Number 1 is also ...' to 'Homepage'

Hi,
Number 1 is also my goal. But I do not have the "Lock site from unauthenticated users" in the settings (Security area).
Was this changed or do I something wrong?

  In this case, you may enable the splash page in the Studio->Designer->Splash area.
