I would like it to be specifically in a timeline post so when people scroll they can see things like reminders, possible advertisements from admins, maybe a post suggesting to check out a new feature.

ah gotcha.. there is an "allow anonymous posts" in settings, but I think that would allow everyone to do it then, not just admin. Unless you can crosscheck with permissions to see if others can't..

This option would be specifically for admins only with no user info and no likes or comments options
