Could you please share more details about that part: "it seems that the page view are less then what UNA is showing"?
Yes, the voting system uses the IP check but for the logged users the view count is processed with the Permissions track system.

  Comparing the image and date information on Google with that of one of my blog posts, it's noteworthy that this particular post has garnered more views than my entire website on Google.
