Brianna Coyle Why do you say you need a VPS? UNA can run successfully on a shared hosting server.

  I can't download a php accelerator with what I have. I do not have Apache among many other things.
  And it seems as though no one is able to provide help with this issue...
  I can't think of any other solutions.
