The account app you wrote as a solution doesn't exist in my studio.
Do you download it from somewhere?
If the app circled in red is an account app, it won't allow you to operate your account even if you open it. .
(Could you show me what the app looks like?)
By the way, I use it in Japan.

It is included in the UNA by default, but you may take it here https://unacms.com/view-product/accounts-manager . About your other module's problem - could you plz check the error log of your server? Usually, it leaves the traces there.
