Well, if you want to have only 1 reaction on your UNA site then go to the Studio->Forms->Data list->System->Reactions->6 items area and remove all variants there except the Like. NB - backup your UNA database before this procedure.

  Thanks @LeonidS . In that list there are 6 items. Can we add more, for example, "Thank you" gesture, or something else? (i see the add item button is dimmed)

  Yes, you can add more Reaction items but via the Developer->Forms area.
