Could you please specify your request: you want to add some selected people list as the popup menu, right? Perhaps the separate block will be better some - at least more flxexible by the length.

What i want is make an menu with
Decentralized Exhange
Centralized Exchange
Design
Shop
Security
ect....
And when people hove over this text they see the Profiles in these menu.
On http://sphynxbank.com i see the same when you hover on Sphynx bridges

Then you need to create the usual submenu (created via in Navigation->Menu set first), just enable the following option:
