Thank you my friend, Finally I installed the Developer app and switched my Update channel option from the stable to beta variant. The update button appeared and I pressed it but nothing happened, I even run the cron jobs manually but still nothing happened till now, what can I do?!

I can't understand anything! UNA files are uploaded under "/public_html/cgnetwork/", what does that mean?!! I updated UNA more than one time there before and there was no problem!

There isn't any problem in the files ownership, my files are not under the root SSH user, I think the problem is from your side, Please help!
