Sorry bother you with this but for some odd reason I can't seem to see groups I am in on the pull down options.
Even as site admin, group admin or standard account
Any further signpost on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ever so much for the follow up @LeonidS.
I have followed through the guide but still to no avail.
I cleared the cache and even used 3 different browsers to avoid instance of delayed cache clearance.

Ok, sorry, then enable please the "Allow to post to context using Privacy field" field in the Studio->Settings->General area.
