I think in your case it should be much difference.
Dolphin vs UNA
Yes, because UNA has more features, but in long term UNA will serve better, Dolphin will have performance degraded with more users and traffic, also Dolphin is not scaling well.
UNA 12 vs UNA 14
UNA 14 has more features, however it shouldn't be much slower, I will check...

I have not heard back from ypu in messaging to provide you credentials to login... But as a side topic, I've done other research in terms of improving performance ... I've replaced some hardware (some SSD volumes). Improvement in OS, but no significant impact to Una.
