You may add the following line to the end of your UNA's inc/header.inc.php file:
ini_set('display_errors', 1);
then then repeat the problem action. Then shows us here the appeared fatal error. If you have upgraded your site recently - I may suggest that some modules haven't been updated.

  Today they fixed the problem.
  They said: "Issue was caused by missing client_temp directory on /var/cache/nginx/"
