- Login with username or login with mobile is very necessary (Without two factor).
- Without email user should have permission to register with their mobile number.
- Users should have permission to change their mobile number.

For a while, it should be already possible to login with phone, and you can add the following page to allow users to change their phone - /page/confirm-phone
