Notification Emails don't tell me which post was replied to

So I never know which of my discussions were replied to because it doesn't give me the link to them...

I just have to randomly guess or try to find them on the site...

The other thing is:

When I do get one that gives me a link to the comment...

It just takes me to my comment but doesn't show anything else...

It doesn't show me where they replied...so I can't respond...

The issue is, since I get "Notifications" on everything that everyone of my friends are doing...

I can't decipher through where the replies are in my actual Notifications...It's hard to find just that one notification among 46 other random notifications...
