With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I serve as the Associate Director and Academic and Outreach Programs Manager for the Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management (HBI) and the Department of Public & Nonprofit Administration (PNA) at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee (UWM). My core competencies include nonprofit organizational management and capacity building, graduate-level education programs, outreach program management, social media for social causes, and nonprofit revenue streams and portfolios.

I oversee and coordinate various program activities and services for HBI and PNA, such as marketing and recruitment, student advising, financial assistance, faculty support, and alumni relations. I also teach online courses on these topics and host the Nonprofit Horizons Podcast, showcasing the excellent work done by nonprofit and community organizers. As a member of the Nu Lambda Mu Honor Society and a recipient of several certifications, I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. My mission is to make a positive difference in my community by sharing my knowledge, skills, and tools with others with the same vision.
