using Dolphin 7.3 with blocktools add_on, we were able to create any php blocks.
on UNA, is there a way to add some php blocks on a page ?
we don't see this option on block creating.
maybe add-on?

Testing migration tools, we recieve some duplicate email alerts.

are those mail alerts only for admin user?

and why some duplicate?
