1. What are the settings for running in the background and sending reports?

2. How should I verify that these two features are working properly?

I am installing UNA Version: 14.0.0-A2, Accounts Manager is 13.0.7, in the accounts management page, clicking More Actions doesn't respond, what should I do to solve the problem?
