I installed UNA to my laptop using XAMPP. It seems working but when I go to Studio and I want to add apps I am redirected to unacms and I get such message (see attachment). What is wrong?

I think UNA is very interesting but to get maximum out of it, you should have some webdev background. Therefore could you recommend me a course/Youtube videos to understand the topic? I want to undestand PHP,HTML, javascript, MSQL, apps, deployment to the cloud, etc because I think UNA is built on these things. Am I correct?
Any thoughts?
