This app provides a Contact Us form on your site with some advanced Features:
The "Contact Us" page displays a Submission Form and also a list of various Departments that can provide a response.
When a member is submitting a request via the "Contact Us" form they can input Name, Email, Subject, Details and select a department associated with the context of their message.
Members can also attach Multimedia (Videos, Photos, etc.) as part of their submission.
DEPARTMENTS
-> Site Administrator can create multiple departments (Technical Support, Marketing etc.)
-> Each department can have multiple Team Members assigned
-> When a request is sent by a site member/visitor, it is copied to all members of a department.
If no departments are created then "Contact Us" defaults to the site support email provided in the settings.
