Mod works perfectly. It's a configuration issue from your end. Go to page->affiliate system->affiliates system->settings->visibility and select desired membership view of page.

Do these as well for other pages like "referral activities", "referrals" and "system tools" (if page is access denied).

Understand that by default, for most newly created membership levels, their visibility may be unselected in page settings, hence access denied for members in that level. So generally check page settings visibility for other pages that says access denied.
