Well, UNA has own prefixes for the tables so it's possible to use it in the one database with Wordpress. This way will simplify the development but it's better to have databases separated for more reliability. UNA will have the table with the name like bx_wordpress_connect_accounts where it will store the short info about the accounts "imported" from WP.
