About the original issue:
1. Empty 'Updates' section doesn't mean that there are no any updates. May be Key&Secret pair wasn't specified correctly. So, may be the Timeline app wasn't updated yet.
2. From the other hand I didn't see such behaviour in default templates for a long time. As I remember we had something like this in early Beta versions of UNA 9.
3. May be you have some custom template with custom styles. After update some HTML template was changed and the custom styles became to work incorrectly.
