The simplest work-around if you do not have a lot of unconfirmed accounts, is to go to

Studio > Settings > Account

1. Find the Accounts where "Confirmed=No"
2. Make a note of the account's e-mail address
3. Click on the "Gear Icon" on the RIGHT of the account.
4. Edit the e-mail and change it to your address.
5. Resend confirmation - it will now go to your e-mail
6. Open your e-mail, confirm the account.
7. Go back to the account settings and change the e-mail address to the users original e-mail.
