Hello Scotti ,
Problem is in BxMessengerModule.php file. There is a space at the beginning of the file. It should be removed.

  That's good news... also is there a way to delete my Ads module manually so I may try re-installing? It will not allow me to disable or delete... I do not think it installed properly
