Profile Edit and Create Ad redirect to Blank Page

Try to disable Ad module and do the profile edit again

I disable Ads, but still takes me to a blank screen...almost like it is stuck and not redirecting me to the profile page it is intended to do.

Have you added any blocks to the profile page via studio?

Try setting your display_errors to ON in your php.ini file then en error will display instead of a blank page.

I had a very similar problem a while back and several here had told me to disable the blocks that I had added and see which block caused the conflict. You can try it or maybe turn on the option like I mentioned above and see what error message appears on the page.

Actually double-checked the [Ads Module] where I have disabled it, and it will not allow me to shut it off... I have attempted a few times to disable, but remains "active"

Yep that Ads module is cursed, i am assuming you don't have ads on your site, since you don't unistall it for now, do you know how to? You can always install it back

Yes it's easy, look at video, you first need to deactivate it as you will see and then just follow through

I and others here have reported some minor issues with Ads mod to UNA, until they fix it, i would not install it again. Thats what i did, but it's your call

Just for clear my head on something and it may be stupid for me asking you this, but since your in studio can you go to permissions and make sure that the administrator permissions are all enabled, please!

Yes, ALL enabled... I can deactivate all other modules, but not [Ads]...ugh!

That's weird, hmm umm damn that Ads app is pissed off at you, it does not want to leave your site...lol Let me think here, hold on.....

It's all good, yes i understand about the frustration, i have had a few, but at least we troubleshooted and made some progress. Try PM with this link to either LeonidS or Alexey hopefully you will catch them sooner then waiting here.

I enable the full debug mode and so far have not seen any additional errors... nothing has changed

I disabled the Messenger module and it fixed blank screen issues with Profile edit... but still will not allow me to delete or disable the Ads module... what could be causing that?

and... now I have no messenger module

here is the new error I get when trying to create an ad in Ads Module...see attached... must be connected to why it is corrupt and cant be disabled or deleted...

That's good news... also is there a way to delete my Ads module manually so I may try re-installing?  It will not allow me to disable or delete... I do not think it installed properly
