Both your trouble has been fixed, so no need to uninstall Ads module. The reason was in the missing 2 files of your Proteam template (folder modules/boonex/protean/data/system/template/scripts):

BxTemplCmtsReviews.php and BxTemplCmtsReviewsForm.php

The default version contains both files.
