What changes did you recently apply on your site? Did you try to clear all caches via Dashboard?

I had to restore my server and all sites this one is the only one affected.

When I restored my bu, I had to manually clean the cache as in the dashboard I cannot click to get the cache cleared on the site.

Have you viewed your site on mobile? It has alot of issues besides pop-ups
