Pop up for studio and footer links won't work.

I had a recent server error and had to rebuild my cloud again of about 13 sites, all but one will not work correctly https://manofteal.com is the one showing errors in browser f12 errors but I don't understand them.

What changes did you recently apply on your site? Did you try to clear all caches via Dashboard?

I had to restore my server and all sites this one is the only one affected.
When I restored my bu, I had to manually clean the cache as in the dashboard I cannot click to get the cache cleared on the site.

Have you viewed your site on mobile? It has alot of issues besides pop-ups

Update, by turning off all cache options via the database I've got control again so far. Now to why my caching is not working.
