Your server did run out of memory (RAM) when you did upload a big video in the other module and the field from the database didn't update from "processing" to "failed", that's why it was stuck. That's a system issue and has nothing to do with this Module. However it would be a good idea to report the issue to the UNA team to see if they can come up with a solution to avoid this from happening again when the system runs out of memory.

We fixed it in your server, please avoid uploading big videos in the other modules or upgrade your hosting (or switch to a VPS or Dedicated) if you are planning on uploading big videos using other modules. Right now it should be safe to upload short videos using this module only.
