The problem is not UNA. It's related to the shared hosting account you're on. You need to setup cloudflare for the site and also consider going to a VPS so you'll have less restrictions and caps on processes and inodes.

  Yes. I am clear that it is not a problem of the UNA platform.
  My mistake was not realizing that the plan I have is shared hosting, they call it cloud hosting for UNA.
  Are you using VPS and Cloudflare? are you paying at Cloudflare or do you use the free plan?
