What version of UNA do you use? It is available in the current 14 v.
But in 14 RC3 you need to enable the "Allow to post to context using Privacy field" option in the Studio->Settings->General area.

  Ok, That explains it. Using Capital R3alm 14.0.0-RC3, and missed that during the recent Upgrade.
