Hello @LeonidS , no mine is actually set for: "Account is confirmed when Email is confirmed", "Automatic account activation after creation is unchecked", and "Hide Profiles with unconfirmed account checked", and I have account pruning also set for deleting unconfirmed accounts. But this email gets sent instantly because they may created a profile, but they haven't confirmed their email and could in fact, lose their account. But with the email, it gives a false impression that they're all set.

Same here. Sometimes, people don't click on the activation link in the confirmation email, because they believe that their account has already been activated.
