This has further been discovered to be different when the Administrator account is used to create a profile. There is need to look into this closely.

  That's strange because this lang key has been added after UNA 12.0.1. It looks like that somewhere in the code has been applied smth "more advanced" than your current version...

  I had a DEMO installation which I normally used for testing, I have tried to uninstall all secondary modules leaving only PERSON.
  I reinstalled the Organization Module afresh and tested, it gave me same result. Moreover, I don't normally touch codes. It's a puzzle and really giving me some concerns as everything has been on standstill and no clue about the way out.
