LeonidS ive seen this too.  a user who has been disabled or suspended with content deletion, should not be getting mails about their content, that is a bad design.  

i say bad because if someone is bothered, it can be leading to a can spam  type situation.   if i delete someone i want them gone just like rm -fr deletes something.
