"Post to feed" form can be edited in Stuido->Forms->Timeline->Write public post area. But it already has the "Link" field like it was shown before so if you want to add the new field there and entered value should be affected somewhere in the timeline post you need to perform the code's changes which isn't good for future automatic updates of UNA / Timeline.
