I wouldn't think it would be too long for the RC of UNA 10. The first Beta contained a huge amount of fixes and enhancements. For those of us who installed it and was testing it, surprisingly didn't find a "massive" amount of issues. For the ones that were found, they were quickly addressed with Beta 2.
As of right now, I can see at least 1 more beta before final release. People as still installing and testing things out. Not everyone has the same setup, modules, and/or custom configurations that will need to be tested.
I would assume that you will need to upgrade to 9.0.1 first before you can update to final version of UNA 10 since it is needed before you can upgrade to the betas. But, I could be wrong 😎

I took thee plung, upgraded to 9.0.1 then----> 10.0.0-b1 then----> 10.0.0-b2
So far what I have found:
will not allow me to update 'protean'
will not allow me to update 'discussions'

Need more info then that. Just so you know, your modules could fail during your upgrade until you reach the last one. It's because the versions of the modules are expecting UNA to be at a specific version.
So if you are all done and the updates are done (note, modules usually update themselves after a few minutes when UNA is done), and still can't update those, you will need to tell us why. Are you getting an error? What version does it show in Studio > Apps Market for Protean and Discussions?

Both are updated to version 10.0.0... at the bottom of my apps mod it shows 2 updated for 'discussions' and 'protean' to updtae to 10.0.1 each, but when selected to update, it gives me error stating "Error occurred. Contact Module Vendor"
