I see you re-enabled activity by members I follow. I disabled this yesterday to stop double notifications due to getting a notification for friendship and also following them. Regardless, this does not solve the problem of those invited not able to join the space invited to.

There are notficactions for Spaces. There are for groups but still no way to join even when following the email link.
