    As I see you have a conter of new messages in Forum. This counter is working similar to the same one in Conversations module.
    If you have new (replied) message you'll see 1 there. So, you need to view the new message in the forum to hide the counter.

      I viewed the new message in forums multiple times. But the counter is not hiding.

      May be some problem with this forum counter.

      Remaining counters are hiding after viewing.
