Hello!

As far as I understand points request has been sent and you can see it in Studio -> Points System -> Requests.  If so then there is only problem with not sent email to admin about new exchange request. 

We will correct popup message from the image above or may be it would be better to remove it and don't to show to the user even if mail server doesn't work.
