You don't have to uninstall them, usually you just need to deactivate the modules and you will know which one is causing the errors.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the Medlemmarna module is, but if you can't download it and don't have it installed, it can't cause problems.

Regarding your installation and upgrade from TDM it's fine.. anyway every server and UNA has a Log.. there are a lot of answers :)
