I have been having a problem with the html5 chat also. It's been working fine for about a year. I never touched the chat.php file but for no apparent reason it's displayed as Genesis explained above. Alex T⚜️ , can you tell me if anything might have changed that might somehow effect this? I got woth html5 support but they are no help. They just keep saying that something must heve changed in my site.

It's better to ask author of this modification what is wrong since we don't know how it was integrated. Also it would be helpful if you include what is actually happening with some screenshots, error logs, etc.
