HI Swarnali - the achievement section is related to the Points Module from AQB Soft . You first need to have that module installed - then Add Block > Points > Achievements. You will need to setup levels in Settings > Points Module as well...
To add hobbies would be another requirement - perhaps could be achieved with a configuration of the Persons Form, adding another field for Hobbies.
