Yes, you still may download the 14 RC2 here, on the UNA core's page https://unacms.com/download-product/una-platform . Just press the 3 dots in the top-right corner and then the "Show more" link and you will see all available versions like on the attached screenshot.

The benifits of the new version you may see here . But 14RC3 is still RC that means this is not official stable version.
